PAYMENT OPTIONS
We currently accept Visa and Mastercard payments through our website. We use the PayPal gateway for online processing. This is the most used and trusted payment gateway in the world. You can also make payment via an existing PayPal account.

The PayPal checkout page is securely served and encrypted using SSL. Credit Cards are verified in real time.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
Your personal and credit card details will always be kept secure and Husky Australia Pty Ltd will do their utmost to ensure your order is processed and delivered quickly and efficiently.
We support delivery of most of our products anywhere in Australia; however some isolated regions may require additional delivery time. If this is the case for your area we will notify you of this prior to processing your order. We currently do not accept international orders via the website, however if you are interested in any of our products, please contact us and we will taylor a solution to your needs.
The anticipated delivery time will be within 1-4 working days unless an item ordered is out of stock, which in this case you will be notified as soon as possible. PLEASE NOTE: Rural, long haul and some residential areas may require an additional day(s) delivery time.
Please note:
1. If you order late on a Friday or during the weekend we will process your order on the following Monday.
2. Our system updates stock availability periodically, so occasionally with high website traffic and sales, it is possible that a product may become unavailable between updates. We apologise in advance if this happens and will notify you by email as soon possible.
3. We like to ship / allow you to pick up your entire order in one go so there may be a short delay if a product you have ordered is not at your local store. If you require some of the items in your order urgently, we can split your order and send the rest once we have sourced them – PLEASE USE THE DELIVERY INSTRUCTIONS / NOTES field when ordering or email us at sales@husky.net.au
SHIPPING COSTS AND CALCULATIONS
NB: The local delivery company used is dependent on your delivery location and the size of the items ordered. Charges are calculated based on your shopping basket total and for Australian delivery only.
Shipping costs will be calculated on your order, when you proceed through to the checkout and fill in your shipping details.
Our standard delivery charges are calculated before final check out.
NB: Higher charges may apply for large/heavy items and also for deliveries to some rural and remote areas. We will advise you by email when you place your order if a higher delivery charge is required. We will not send the goods without your approval of this higher rate.
Most of our orders are sent via courier/freight so they will need to be signed for upon delivery. Please make sure there is someone at the specified address to sign for your delivery, otherwise a card to call will be left if there is no one to sign for the delivery. Dispatch and delivery days are Monday to Friday (inclusive).
